Hi all,

Tempted by the sales I'm considering biting the bullet and ordering this coat from Dotty P.  I was wondering if any of y'all had ordered it and if so if you could talk to me about sizing.  Also if you have seen it or tried it on how warm is it? 

For reference I wear an xl/xxl up top and an 18W/20W on the bottom and I have big arms.   My current winter coat is a size 18 from Evans, but it's a bit tight around the hip/ass area.  I'm hovering between ordering the 20 or 22 and I really want to get it right so I'm not stuck paying for return shipping.  Also if you want to let me know if you like it better in pink or in the blue I linked to above I'd appreciate that as well.

I'm looking for sports bras.

I belong to the itty bitty titty committee, so I don't need any mega support or anything - I just need to find some that fit around my ribs without crushing them!

I've bought some at Walmart and 1 will work but it's not the most comfortable. I bought a 42 band size (which is what I wear in normal bras and I think is at the top of the sizing) but...still killer tight.


I want brick and mortar stores, no online places.
Do I have any options?

Hi! I know we've talked about this before, but I can't find the post about it.

Discovered that the Right Fit bootcut jeans I wanted, in my new size (went up from a Blue 3 to Blue 4), were on sale at LB.com, so I snatched up four pairs. Trouble is, they only come in medium sandblast. I'd like to dye two of the pairs down to a deep indigo. Or maybe dye one indigo, and one a deep olive, or red/purple...something fun. :) Yes, I know that the denim color will affect the final color results; that's acceptable.

I've only ever used Rit, but I seem to recall that it was not recommended for lasting color. Please refresh my memory: What brand do you prefer for dyeing jeans? Thanks, everyone!

hey all! :) I've been looking at rockabilly/1950s style dresses lately and I'm in love! I adore the dresses on Daddy O's but I'm hesitant to purchase a dress because 1) the measurements seem off, e.g on the 3X the wasit is fine, but the bust is too big and I don't know how that'll work 2) I don't know how it'll look, or whether it'll fit 3) it's expensive and I don't want to risk it not looking good. so I've decided to have my grandmother make me a dress instead! :) especially as she's asked me to have her make me some lol. so I need to find some patterns!

My boyfriend and I randomly decided that we want to go Louisville, KY on Friday. We have a 2.5 hour drive each way so we probably won't want to drive around a ton (or stay out late), but we think it could be fun.

I want to check out the Zappos outlet store (reviews would be appreciated!) but does anyone know of any great plus-size shopping in the city? I just came from a few weeks in Chicago so I've been to most of the big chains recently but I am always looking for fun stuff and great deals!
